Akshay’s rugged look

Forget the tuxedo and bow-tie look; Akshay is making heads turn with his rugged look this time.

In his first stint with television, Akshay will be seen in a rugged avatar in Fear Factor – Khatron Ke Khiladi .

As sources put it, the styling has been done by a London-based designer and Akshay’s look includes unusual hooded jackets, contemporary scarves and trendy boots. Not to forget his wicked and rugged personal style with his military crew cut, salt ‘n’ pepper stubble and designer aviator glasses that perfectly complement the look.

A highly placed source in the channel to air the show, Colors, reveals, “Akshay’s look is all about living life by your own rules. The show will test the physical and mental strength of the contestants. The look had to be a perfect synergy between his bold personality and his role as an anchor of the reality show with death-defying stunts. And Akshay himself has loved the look since it comes very close to his personal style.”

The show includes Yana Gupta, Aditi Govtrikar, Pooja Bedi, Sonali Kulkarni, Anita Hasnandani, Meghna Naidu, Tapur and Tupur Chatterjee, Nethra Raghuraman, Anjana Sukhani, Dipannita Sharma, Vidya Malvade and Urvashi Sharma, who would be competing for the title.
